vtv99 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance on the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

vtv99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vtv99 does not accept deposits via overseas bank transfers, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed above. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on vtv99:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by vtv99 by default, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• vtv99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees applied by the payment provider (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) are charged by that provider and are not within vtv99's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. vtv99 may request a copy of a valid national ID, passport or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
• vtv99 will not process withdrawals to a payment method or account name that differs from the one used for the player's deposits. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the player's available account balance at the time of the request.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, vtv99's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vtv99's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
• In all cases, vtv99's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their vtv99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
